Chris Vasiliadis, Founder of Priority Wellness

Chris Vasiliadis is the founder and Certified Wellness Coach of Priority Wellness. Chris worked in the high tech industry for 14 years in roles in systems engineering, project management, and course/curriculum design, culminating in her final corporate role as Director of Performance Improvement. She has been self-employed as a consultant, coach and speaker since 2002.

In late 2005, Chris had a wake-up-call to her wellness, when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis: a chronic disease of the central nervous system. That event initiated many lifestyle changes for Chris, ultimately leading to her improved health and current career as a Certified Wellness Coach. Through her business, Priority Wellness, she helps entrepreneurs, executives, and employees regroup, recharge and regain control of their wellness. With a special interest in helping those who are depleted and stressed, clients come to Chris when they’ve had enough of putting their wellness on the back burner. They know they’re not managing stress and/or energy well, and they’re ready to make changes. Working over the phone with Chris, they make their wellness a priority and create new habits to master their well-being.
