Beth Shankle Anderson: The Success Design
Beth Shankle Anderson is an attorney, law professor, author and speaker. A dynamic woman who brings a diversified resume to every opportunity, Beth has the skill set to match practically any occasion.
As an attorney, Beth has been published twice, including once on the cover of the Florida Bar Journal for her article on federalism. As a law professor, Beth has taught hundreds of students the subjects of Contemporary Business Law and International Business Law.
After being selected to carry the title of Mrs. Tallahassee last year, Beth championed the cause of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by serving as the Honorary Chair for its annual Light the Night walk. Beth spoke to a crowd of over 1,600 people and shared her experience of having a family member with blood cancer. She also helped motivate the crowd as they embarked on a two-mile walk through Florida State University. Beth’s other charitable causes include the American Lung Association, the American Cancer Society, and the American Red Cross to name only a few.
As a member of the Autism Legislative Project, Beth has devoted numerous pro bono hours of legal research and writing about autism legislation within each state. This research was performed in an effort to obtain national legislation to standardize autism care. Using the research from the Autism Legislative Project, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois has presented an autism bill to the U.S. Senate based, in part, on the research that Beth and other autism legal advocates performed.
Beth was selected to serve as the director and producer of the Miss Tallahassee USA
