Ms. Sinnery has over 20 years of senior level progressive and
diversified experience in Human Resources, Operations Management, and
Information Systems for global businesses.

Most recently, Ms. Sinnery was the SVP, Global Staffing at Fidelity
responsible for expanding their global presence and for implementing
global talent acquisition strategies.

Prior to Fidelity, she provided strategic leadership and management
direction for State Street Corporation’s worldwide staffing services
for 20,000+ employees operating in 25 countries across Asia Pacific,
Europe, and the Americas. In her role as Vice President of Global
Staffing, she was the Executive Sponsor and change agent responsible
for introducing, influencing and implementing an RPO solution to the
organization.

Prior to joining State Street, Ms. Sinnery has held various senior
leadership roles in Human Resources and managed business functions at
several large financial services institutions. Additionally, she was
founder and President of Global Sourcing, Inc., an international search
organization where she recruited across 5 continents, including more
than 15 countries. She was also a member of the United States Air Force
where she specialized in Human Relations.

She is an Advisory Board Member of Career Collaborative which
is an organization that aims at helping low income people become
economically self-sufficient. She volunteers as a Mentor for Year Up, a
program that targets improving the attitude, behaviors and
communication skills of at risk youth.
