About Mary Ann McQueen Butcher

Mary Ann Butcher has been fortunate to live the
American Dream. The daughter of a Brooklyn longshoreman, she went to college on
an academic scholarship at age 16. After that, she successfully worked her way
up from an intern at the ABC TV Network’s 20/20 program to a Vice President of
Sales and Marketing for the ABC TV Owned Station Division. During this time she
lived in New York and Los Angeles where she actively gave of her time and
service from the American Heart Association on the west coast and to the GMHC
in the east.
