About Joan Jesion

Joan Jesion decided to call her coaching business Just Love
Your Life Now!because she worked hard
to get to that place in her own life.

A premature baby, a stillbirth, a miscarriage, infertility
and finally an adoption of a child with somespecial needs that turned out to
be huge mental health issues, lead to increasing motherhood guilt and decreasing
self-esteem in a woman who normally embraced life. For two years, she cried almost daily as her
son was sent home from school and the staff let it be known she wasn’t doing
enough.Joan recognized she was
spiraling towards depression.It was
affecting the parenting of both her boys, her marriage, her friendships and her
self worth.

What little energy she had left, went to coaching her team
and working with her clients through the direct selling business she had successfully
built. Although respected for her abilities in her business, her public persona
did not match her inner feelings. She was stuck and waiting for something to
make it all work out.Recognizing it was time to make changes only
she could choose to make, she turned to a marriage therapist with her husband and
a personal coach for herself.Soon, she
began to love her life again. She
resurrected her sense of humor and engaged with the world.

At this point she realized how much she loved working with
and coaching her team members, seeing them excel beyond what they thought
possible for themselves.Recognizing her
skills and passion in this area, she enrolled in the Coaching program at Coach
U and has not looked back.

She is a member of the ICF.
Two and a half years ago, Joan answered an e-mail about a new coaching
company called Compass, a personal development company for women. She became a Compass Certified Coach and now
leads coaching groups, as well as leading a team of representatives who are
helping to change women’s lives across North America
and eventually worldwide.

These days she truly walks her talk. She works with clients who want to stop
waiting to kick start their own lives and be the best they can be now.She works with many self-employed individuals
who want to find better balance and more time for family, friends and fun!She does it with a kick butt attitude and a
lot of good humor.

She also loves to speak to groups about finding joy every
day.Contact her at 613 830-1716joan@justloveyourlifenow.com
