Authority Statement: As a licensed massage practitioner I have seen just about every type of person you can imagine come through my office door and ask for my help in relieving their stress. “Fix me”, some of them will say. As if such a thing were actually possible!

“I can’t fix you,” I tell them. “But I can work with you to help you fix yourself.”

The human body has a remarkable capacity for healing and rejuvenation, but our overstimulating, busy lifestyles can interfere with that capacity. I have made it my business for the past six years to study, practice, and make strong alliances with practitioners of relaxation, health and wellness. I’ve learned to see the pursuit of these issues as a process and a continuum, rather than a goal that can be checked off of a list.
