About Kim Harris

Ms. Harris currently resides in Cedar Hill, TX where she has lived
since 1998 making Dallas her adopted home. As a single mother
with one son, she successfully integrates her passion for serving
her community as well as spending quality time with her family.

Ms. Harris completed her education in Nonprofit Management at
the University of Chicago at Illinois. She later co-founded The
Haven Women’s Outreach, a Dallas-based nonprofit, established in
January 2002. The organization’s mission is to embrace, educate,
and empower women who are socially and economically displaced.

Having overcome many life challenges, Ms. Harris is inspired to share her story and
help others to realize their full potential. Her workshops, seminars, and keynotes
focus on the topic of Possibility Living and living a life of purpose. She enjoys
engaging her audience with thought provoking and entertaining dialogue.
