Soft Landings
“I just see you getting softer, Brenda. You’ve had to been hard: rigid, structured, disciplined – and I just see you getting softer. And soft doesn’t mean weak – it actually means being more fluid.”
These words, spoken by my spiritual advisor earlier this year, were like music to my ears.
He confirmed what I had been feeling for a long time.
I’d grown very tired of things feeling so hard. I wanted to experience more flow in my life and work – where things were easier, breezier, and more authentic. So, when he spoke of the word “fluid”, it landed right on my heart.
I finally had a name for what I not only needed to institute and claim in my work and life, but what I’ve been teaching and coaching women around for years.
See, as women who are professionally motivated, we don’t learn much about embracing our softer side – the more fluid part of us that is not only spiritually aligned, but has inner guidance and wisdom that will take us to places we’ve never seen in ourselves.
By aligning with this energy we reveal our true potential and open up the inner guide to manifesting our visions that until now only have felt like pipedreams.
As women (and men too), we’re trained to believe that we’ve got to work hard and long to get what we want. No rest for the wicked. Yet, when it comes to being of more service, doing what we’ve come here to do, and serve who we are here to serve, we can’t help but align with our softer, more feminine, fluid side.
In my opinion, It’s really a non-negotiable part of the process if we are aiming for true authenticity.
And what is so refreshing is to know that as a woman, our feminine, fluid, softer side is part of who we are – our basic nature. And by embracing this energy, and remembering it, you can truly walk your true path where you have “soft landings” all over the place.
You can land softly into your true purpose, your true power, and your true worth – and manifest everything you desire while experiencing everyday peace.
