Write a Book in a Weekend: the ‘Short & Powerful’ Book

One of the items that sometimes get in the way of our publishing
success is that we think our first book has to be THE BOOK. In other words, we
think that it must contain everything that we “know for sure.” As you
can imagine–that would make for a mighty long book!

The problem with writing such a long book is that it can stop us
in our tracks before we even get started because we get so overwhelmed just
thinking about the project. And the end result is that we don’t ever get it
done. (Or, sometimes, we never even get started!)

My answer to that is what I’ve termed a “short and
powerful” book. Just the kind you can get done in a weekend, use as your
big business card and still express your authentic message.
