What’s a Budget, Got a Budget?

OK, so this is the big question….do you have a budget for your business? 99.9% of business owners that I talk to do not. Nor do they even know how to create one. Now I’m not a budgeting expert mind you but I do see a lot of start up business owners every month and I help them figure out where and how much to spend on WHAT in their business, their marketing and their big picture planning.

So what I did was put together a ‘very general’ and pretty conservative budget template. You can see if you’re spending what you might want to spend as an online marketer, small business owner or entrepreneur??
