Marketing Resources that have helped me
Rome wasn’t built in a
day. Whilst it seems sometimes that facebook was, it can take a little time to
learn the skills and techniques necessary to make the most of all these
different social media resources. It’s worth it, because there are great
rewards to be had. But there’s a learning curve.
It’s very important to
know what to do with people when they do visit your site – what is the call to
action? How to drive them there in the first place? What can you offer for free
in return for their contact details? How can you create a community and
participate in other communities? How can you automate your systems so you can
earn while you sleep? How can you convert visitors to clients?
Training is vital – or at
least bringing someone onto your team who knows how to capitalize on the
benefits of web presence.
I want to share with you
some great resources that have been very helpful to me in getting started:
I’ve taken time to get
some training: Mari Smith for example is a great resource on facebook -
www.marismith.com – and she offers some free introductory webinars. Worth a
look. Facebook is such a phenomenon, it’s great to connect with people like
Mari who can walk you through it an demystify it.
There’s also Katrina Sawa who submits lots of
fabulous articles everywhere on the web it seems including Diva Toolbox. I’ve
seen her speak and she’s fabulous. She’s passionate, clear, and full of fabulous tips and tricks. And she’s very omnipresent on the internet. A great
example of living what she teaches. She’s very generous with her giveaways
also. Check out her website: www.jumpstartyourmarketing.com/1hour
And someone else I love, Maria
Simone, with Passion2Prosperity. I’ve learned so much from her. She is just
about to start another course on internet marketing strategies and creating
visibility for your business,. She’s also very generous with her freebies. I love her clarity, her creativity and her passion to work with you in a powerful win win way. She’s proving
to be a vital part of my business
growth. Here’s a link to her offer. http://www.kickstartcart.com/app/?Clk=2766048
Happy exploring!! There’s
lots of great stuff out there…
