Sexting and Morality
Sexting What is this new thing that teens (and yes, some older adults) are doing toGet It On? It’s not just sending written words that cannot be recaptured once it’s out in cyberspace or over a telephone, but some people take nude pictures of themselves that may be shared with others, when the intended recipient gets disgruntle (pissed off). This is not an innocent act of flirtation. Reputations can be ruined and a person’s life can be altered forever.
Hope Witsel, a 13 year old girl from Florida, committed suicide after her topless photo was released to other people besides the guy that she wanted to impress. She’s not the only young person who could not live through the humiliation of being exposure to the public.
Older adults who should know the repercussions ofletting it all hang out, appear to have lost their minds. Besides having elicit sexual text messaging they too are revealing themselves to the public (AARP sexy text messaging). What happens when the family finds out that Grandpa is displaying thefamily jewels over the airwaves? What are they thinking? How would these senior citizens feel if their Grandchild would be doing the same thing through Gramps’ example?
Since this is a new thing and was not recorded in the Bible; what are the moral issues that we are to base this sexual action upon?

Sex has been the downfall of many politicians & celebrities for some time now and it’s a choice to abstain from this latest form of Fornication/Adultery’ until it’s time to enjoy one of God’s gifts to man through the sanctity of marriage.
