I am an internationally recognized author, business and leadership development coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. As a business and leadership development coach I work with small business owners and new entrepreneurs helping them identify the obstacles that are in their way. Together we create strategies that remove those obstacles and put the client on the road to success. I do not have a cookie cutter approach to my coaching because I believe we are each different. The key is discovering who the client is and how they tick. THEN we match the must haves of business with that personality to develop winning programs.
