Running a business lucratively calls for several other things other than just being good at figures and selling qualities. Coaching, leading as well as managing a business brings about copious challenges from every possible place in the organization. Especially, when the business encounters many problems altogether, it becomes extremely complicated for the owner to fix them all by looking for an apt solution. Luckily, there are some established methods and techniques to simplify your business strategies by systematically fortifying the core aspects of the business.

A Business Management System is also one of these methods which are holistic as well as time tested. Setting up such a system is pretty easy if you follow some simple steps. As per the size and budget of your company, the system can range from a simple manual register record keeping system to installation of complex computer networks to keep track of each and every department within the organization. Personnel management, financial calculations and accounting lie among the most significant parts of any business, thus it is important to highly focus on them. Determine the scope of every department before setting up an efficient Business Management System. By doing so, you can execute latest technology to cut costs, do research, generate profits, create new products, develop new processes and many more.

However, many times despite of having a detailed plan and definite scope, projects do encounter dud outcomes. Thus, an efficient project management system is equally important to streamline the various project related issues. Basically, this process is meant to manage business projects proficiently from the beginning till the competition. Every project is carried out with the aim to obtain high results and involves a number of phases such as feasibility, project planning, execution, assessment and maintenance. Project Management Systems are prepared to gauge the scope, schedule as well as costing involved in the project.

Today, companies are stressing on rigorous approaches and processes to obtain best practices which can be helpful in resolving various project complications. An efficient project management system boosts up the business performance and results in getting more and more clients. It results in overall progress and execution of many business assignments and assimilates potential strategies which can improve the business environment as well as the work culture. The salient practices in such a system cover initiating, planning, implementing, monitoring and closing.

Besides, the several knowledge avenues include integration, scope, cost, human resources, time, risks, communications, quality and procurement. Irrespective of the type and size of the business, every organization involves multiple projects with varied magnitude, which is kept in a centralized location with the help of an efficient Business Management System by blending tactics and organizational goals. There are a number of reasons which make Project Management Systems an imperative part of any business firm. They proffer a number of advantages to the owners such as managing risks efficiently, backlog sorting, check scalability, report risks, improve efficiency, increase productivity and many more.

Did you know that there’s light around everything you do and say? Did you know that when you are in a massage there’s more light, when you’re at your therapist’s office, when you are laughing or when you are about to do some mischief. This light around you has been called many things of the centuries but effectively it is light of a different density.

This light can help the body or it can hinder the body but overall the light is an indicator of the ability of the body to heal itself.

Shamans, healers, and clairvoyants have known this for eons and now science is talking more and more about this light. Not too long ago I was at a conference where scientists are now discovering the language around this light. They are calling it plasma. Sanskrit calls it prana.

Without light, plasma, prana you cannot exist. Even science is saying this. The plasma/prana is what is keeping all the bits and parts of your endocrine, skeletal and nervous system together.

Plasma is what makes the aurora borealis so mystical and gives the light show.

When the plasma is disrupted is when the system starts to falter. This applies to our physical body as well as the planetary body. Whiplash occurs when there’s a fall, fright, emotional trauma, persistent anxiety or worry, lack of good sleep, etc. Subtle shits occur in the energy body and then will occur in the physical body.

Revolutionize your health by getting your plasma/prana body worked on regularly. Better yet, learn how to do it yourself and it will become as important as brushing your teeth. You will have more radiant health when you have more radiant light.

What is she talking about now? I can hear you all saying it out loud. Well, let me explain what I mean by having the courage to die. I have talked before about the many parts of self- there is so much that makes us who and what we think we are. There is our negative ego, our younger self, adolescent self, young adult, our past perception of memories, our parents’ influences, teachers, friends, siblings, well you get the point. There comes a point in one’s life when we are faced with the questions…Is this what life is all about?

Some choose to say, “Yes I will settle…it’s fine this way.” Others will choose to rebel from it, and then there are those who seek to know more, to work at finding their meaning to their life. I am one of them, not that I was never happy with what I had, but I always have had something inside me wanting to push further to explore and get answers to my questions. An inner quest to find all of me. This is something I choose to seek.

So through the process and choices I have made, I have had to let parts of me die. I have had to go through the grief process with each death. At first it was something I didn’t recognize. There was a lot of fear and resistances. Those parts fought hard to stay, my mind played tricks on me, but once I made the commitment to my choice, I allowed the process to take place. I recognize it now as a feeling of something has to change or feelings of nowhere else to go. I have reached my limit so the only place to go is inward for guidance.
I still work daily on fears and resistances from within. I have to address the fear and what is surrounding it to really get to the root of what I am or was holding on to. Once that is attended to I am able to thank it for all it had served me, because it served me well at the time. I now know it cannot be a part of me and must die in order for a rebirth of my heart’s desire to be born. So within my grief of letting go of the old something new and magical is born within and the feelings are so incredible that mere words would never do it justice. The experience alone when you are willing and allowing to let GO of the fear, to allow something new to emerge from the depths of your soul is simply Magical. I choose to have the courage to allow those parts of me to die. Because of this I am constantly changing and healing; I embrace this all and more. I have chosen at times, especially in the beginning to struggle; I now choose differently. I choose to heal my fear, not deal or deny it. I face it for all that it is… the ugly and beautiful truth of it all. For me that is the only way to heal it, by going through it with utmost compassion for what it is and where I want to be.

How can you do this for yourself.

1} You need to commit to self to heal and seek your truth, your heart’s desire, to connect with soul, to step away from the negative feedback of the mental mind.

2} You must make a choice and stand by your choice; you must own it. It is your responsibility to find your inner truth. Choose to be conscious of your thoughts every moment possible.

3} Stay in your heart. If you hear your self speaking negativity to others or self STOP! Be conscious, breathe into your heart opening it up.

4} When you have taken noticed of the negativity, be more aware of who and what inside of you is in fear. What is it you are afraid of losing, dying?

5} Forgiveness and compassion is a must to move forward. You must give yourself permission be compassionate and forgive yourself and others for your part in a situation, because whether you want to believe it or not you made choices that participated in the outcome. Own what is yours.

6} You MUST STOP blaming, judging and even hating others. When you do this it is a reflection of something inside of you that you don’t like about self, something wanting to be healed that you are ignoring. So it must manifest in reality to show you. You must be honest with yourself no matter how ugly you perceive it.

7} Allow yourself time to pause, reflect, to look at it from all perspectives, and then LET GO. You can’t control the outcome if you set limits on thoughts of how it should be.

8} Trust. Trust that you are healing, feel the fear being healed and work thorough any resistance that come up until you feel that something inside has really shifted. It may take a couple times, but each time it will bring you closer to what is truer for you, you will always have a newer sense of understanding and knowing when things are shifting. Things that never made sense now have meaning, value, a significance like never before.

9}. Allow yourself to feel the remorse of losing something that you have held on to for so long. Feel it and release it. Allow yourself to be present with grief.

10} Feel something new emerging from the depths of your soul and embrace all that it is and allow it to be more than anything you could imagine. Remember to let go of limiting thoughts of what it should be and just allow it to just be

11} Know that there will always be fear and resistances. Know that choosing to heal them and work with them make the process easier, more elegantly and gracefully moving through them. It is a part of your journey to learn not to struggle with your fears of losing but to realizing you are constantly and more willing to be open to change instead of fear of change because of the unknown. Embrace life rather than fear life.

12} Commit to working through your fears through meditation daily. Heal your fears by bringing them up in meditation. Be conscious of your fears. Own what you get from holding on to them and recognize them for what they mean to you. Then release them and engage in opening up to new possibilities, new hopes born from a new perception without fear.

Does the memory of your once youthful face make you wish you were 27 again? Wish you could look in the mirror and see your face five, ten, even fifteen years younger?

Well, now you can!

My passion is teaching facial exercise to every person who allows me to touch their face and here’s what I have discovered: when a person performs the upper eye exercise, their eyes open, tension melts away, while visible lifting and toning results in a smile – there is only one description – when you lift your face, you lift your spirits.

Aging in the face is a result of sun damage, environmental challenges, hormones and sagging facial muscles.

Muscles lose their oomph and their strength when gravity and disuse cause the muscle and muscle groups to elongate. These descending muscles can elongate up to ½ inch and when the muscles pool into each other, the skin begins to sag and wrinkle as it copes with the heavy muscles that are headed south. Mother Nature is tromping across your face creating her recipe for an aging face.

Beauty Guru, Jackie Silver, Agingbackwards.com, has long touted exercise as the fountain of youth. Tucson physician Jennifer P. Schneider, M.D., Ph.D., author of Living with Chronic Pain, says, “In fact, any kind of exercise has psychological and physical benefits that reduce anxiety and lift your spirits.”

Facial exercise lifts your face and your spirits.

Just like exercise works for your body, isometric exercise movements using anchoring techniques that produce meaningful contractions will change the shape and contour of your face. As your tiny muscles respond to the easy to perform movements, most users feel and see the lifting immediately and when those movements are repeated daily, the new you develops. From the inside out, muscles reposition, the skin feels and acts younger and lifting is apparent.

Do you have crows’ feet? Do you see lines around your eyes when you smile? Crows’ feet are caused when your forehead muscle lengthens (it’s a vertical muscle that run across your forehead) and collides with the round eye muscle. The heavy forehead begins to affect the compression around your eyes. Try this: Lift the areas at your temples with your fingertips first up and back into the hairline. Look in the mirror; do you see how the crows’ feet are lessened? Do you see lined or hooded eyelids? Both conditions are caused by drooping eyebrows and exercise can strengthen the underlying muscles.

Many people have reported that facial exercise has replaced injections that plump and paralyze the wayward muscles and rather than cutting perfectly healthy skin, exercise has been successfully used to help most users look 10 – 15 years younger. Imagine no injections, no invasive procedures, no huge outlay of cash, no doctors, no drugs and no risk at all to your beautiful face. Your power suit, your calling card will remain intact. “You will simply look better than you have in years – I haven’t used injections at all in the past three years because I regularly exercise my face,” says Jackie Silver. “It only takes a few minutes to go through the routine and my face looks like a teenager’s. I am a believer!”

Sagging eyelids and cheeks? Pouches, Jowls, or a Double Chin? There’s an exercise for that!

Every area of your face and neck will be exercised using specialized movements. Your facial features will experience lifting, toning and tightening.

You will be thrilled with your results and your friends and family will notice. Your face will lift and so will your spirits.

Warren Buffett, a brilliant business man, one of the richest and most charitable people in the world, was being interviewed on CBS’s “Person to Person”. The premise of the show is to give viewers a glimpse into the lives of some of today’s most important artists and newsmakers.

We got a tour of Buffett’s office. I have no doubt that it was straightened up a bit before the cameras rolled but this is what I saw.

An inviting room with a lot of natural light.

A large desk with a lot of working space.

A phone front and center.

A small pile of reading material on the desk.

Pictures on the wall representing some of the most influential people and moments of his life.

And most notably… NO computer.

For the most part my office is a lot like Mr. Buffett’s (okay, it’s not quite as big). I have a lot of natural light. A nice, large desk. A small pile of paper on my desk of things that I’m currently working on and pictures around me of the most important and influential people in my life. The real difference is that my phone is a little left of center because my computer and monitor take front and center stage in my life.

How could Buffett not have a computer anywhere in his office? He’s a gazillionaire and has made most of his fortune in the stock market buying and selling on information. I spent 15 years working on Wall Street. I know there HAS TO BE a computer and a TV. How else could he know what’s going on in the world every single second?

Ahh…but that’s just it. One of the things Buffett said during the interview was that he is happy if he makes one good decision a year. He does his research by speaking to people (on his phone) and by reading reports and other information (mostly on paper). He takes his time to study the landscape, make a few solid decisions and act on them. And when he acts he sticks with his decision. He is known for buying stock in a company and holding onto it for the long run.

I am positive that Buffett has missed out on a lot of opportunities with his way of thinking but at the same time his strategy has done pretty well.

Granted, he has many people working for him that consolidate information for him and present him with what he specifically wants, but he does not spend his day distracted by all of the incoming email and the second-by-second news headlines. He gives himself the space and permission to focus his attention on his decision making process and what works for him.

Here are my top seven takeaways from Mr. Buffett’s interview.

Make one really good decision a year you’re golden.

Don’t try to do it all.

If you miss something it’s okay.

When you take your time and make a solid decision stick with it and see where it goes. The day to day fluctuations aren’t the concern it’s performance over the long run.

It’s all about connections. The most important thing in Buffett’s office is his phone.

Don’t forget what made you who you are and what’s important to you. In addition to pictures of family, Buffett has his Dale Carnegie Speaking Class diploma on his wall. He swears that this $100 class is what led him to where he is today.

Remove the distractions. Move away from the computer when you need to really focus on something (or at least shut off the “you’ve got mail” notifications!).

Warren Buffett is an incredible man with many lessons to teach all of us. What lesson are you going to apply to your business today? Share your thoughts with me.

A dream of relationships imaging co-creating from the pure “seed” of love. Surrounded and supported through hopes and dreams working through the imagination to allow the Space of love, from the pure intent of all that Love is and what Love is to teach you. You see you create to see, feel and learn about what Love feels like to you.

It does matter how you speak love..it must come from the heart in a compassionate heart felt way of your truth. Sometimes we speak from our minds thoughts and not what we feel and threats why things get misinterpreted. The first step is to define “LOVE”- the key is “Honesty,” be true to yourself by speaking the truth no matter how it comes out.

How else can you see it so you can heal it?

How else will you ever learn trust if you can’t allow yourself to speak its truth?

There are no right or wrong answers; only an opportunity to heal your old beliefs surrounding your thoughts on how Love should be, and Recognizing what is false and true for you. Allowing your self to set yourself free from the limits you have placed on Love, your payoffs about what you should get from giving Love, what others owe you because you Love them, what you owe others in the name of Love.

What is LOVE?

Can you describe it?

Can you feel it?

What are your Fears surrounding Love?

What is it you dream about Love?

Take some time and answer these questions, then go back after you meditate and feel each question, really allow yourself to feel what your truth is about Love.

What does love mean to you

What does love feel like

What fears come up around love

What will you lose from love

Is love about sacrificing

Tell me all about how you love others

Tell me how you love your self

What are your expectations to love

What do you expect in return for loving

What is your number one Responsibility to your child, partner, friends, family, all living beings, etc., included Self

What are others responsibility for you giving Love

What is it you feel about being a parent, partner, lover, friend, sibling, etc.

What fears are you aware of about being a parent, lover, partner, friend, etc.

Let me ask you this, do you want Love to be Elegant?

Do you want a Love born of less resistances?

A Love born from pure intent.

Living a life more elegantly and gracefully then you could ever imagine.

Do you want to have a partner to practice “LOVE”? To teach and learn what it feels like in the most natural and purest way it was intended for us all.

If you could, would you not wish to have come into this life having parents who created you from the most purest essences of their beings, Their heart and soul.

If your Intent is to Fill Love (the void from within), do you think you will ever be able to Fully Feel Love? Do you think someone else can ever fill that void? Do you think it’s someone else’s responsibility to fill you with Love or is it your responsibility to fill yourself with love so you can teach others to Love and share Love, and Not rely on others to fill something within that we aren’t willing to do for ourselves?

You owe it to yourself to explore what true Love holds within you so you can recognize it within others and then engage in a partnership with those who share your desire to learn Love and not limit Love to ideas of what it should be.

Human beings are social creatures and in-person contact cannot be replaced in its entirety by online social networking. I’ve thought about this before, and today I read an article in Fast Company on the topic. Skype is certainly closer to in-person networking than any of the three big social media platforms—Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn—yet in-person networking has many benefits. Here are three:

First, you can go beyond the 7% limitation point of what is typically ascribed to verbal communication cues since you can see the person (body language and eye contact) and hear their voice.

Second, since there are better and greater social cues, there is more potential for trust and relationship connection, which leads to more integrity, sharing of ideas, and establishing the “likeability” factor, as written of by Tim Sanders.

Third, it’s just plain more fun.

All three of these are likely to increase the viability, productivity, and bottom-line financials of your business. It’s also good for your health, since human contact and relationship are associated with happiness and well-being. With all of these benefits, why is networking dreaded by many and why does it create such havoc in some people’s heads?

The inner critic goes crazy if you listen to the stories of some people in business; stories such as getting knots in their stomach at the thought of going to networking events or not even being able to get out of their car to go inside to the meeting. Why is this? I can speak from personal experience. While I tended in past years to push on and go to the meetings, it was often a burden, and totally and unnecessarily so.

As a child, I was very social and a natural leader. Yet, due to not understanding how my mind worked at all in those days, as well as social conditioning, I tended to drift toward competition and lack consciousness as I grew older. It was, and is, all a matter of perception. As a culture, as we “grow up” we tend toward connecting who we are with what we do. We buy into the lie of zero-sum gain and survival of the fittest.

We tend to believe that humility equals self-deprecation and, somehow, that beating ourselves up is noble. We reject ourselves and then unwittingly often project that self-loathing onto other people because our psyches can’t deal with the storyline about our lives that we’ve ignorantly created. Yes, you read that correctly: created. Science shows there is no totally objective reality.

We are assigning meaning to our lives constantly. And generally, if the theme is based in fear, the story is not one that encourages the development of our true, greater potential. This often shows up within the context of our relationships, of course. If we don’t have healthy self-acceptance and confidence, it impacts our business and personal life in a very big way—whether or not we enjoy networking.

As I have “retrained my brain” and “made friends” with feelings, I have been able to create new, more empowering storylines about what I can be, do, and have. The answer to many of humanity’s challenges today in the workplace and in the world at large is learning how to become more self-aware and self-accepting. We can only treat others as we really, truly, and subconsciously treat ourselves.

Some people’s negative self-talk is outright cruel. People would not tolerate being spoken to by others the way they speak to themselves in their own minds. It’s time to stop that if you want to thrive in business. Stop hiding out behind the computer screen and mix it up. Connect with others, and come from a place in which you are more than enough. We all have a unique gift or talent to contribute to our times.

There are times and places that you’ve felt more love than ever. On the other side of this are the times when you aren’t feeling much love at all. Seems that we more often focus on the side of not feeling the love.

Love is such a wide and diverse topic and one that needs a lot of love just to delve into. There’s basic love for a human, animal, friend, child, car, house etc. Each of these will feel different based on your expectations. The expectation of what love is supposed to be and feel like is one of those great traps. By trap I mean that you can think about how you want love to look and feel like but that is really illusion.

No one is taking away love buy you and once you’re in tune with that concept you are in tune with higher love vibrations.

When you love yourself more you will feel more love all round. You must love who you are and how you are in order for others to fully love you. As you begin the process of loving yourself you will find that you are kinder to you AND others.

The love the really matters is love for the smallest of things and not the big bright shiny things. This love that really matters is love for all no matter what they are doing. And yes I do mean no matter what they are doing. If you love them you may also find that you disagree and if you love them exactly as they are then you will be one of the great alchemists here on the planet.

We need more alchemists because alchemy is the magic that turns dirt into gold, hurt and pain into love and forgiveness. The alchemy of love is that it can turn the densest energy into the lightest and brightest. Now that’s the shiny object that you want to reach for.

This love for the little things leads into love of all things, which then leads to deep compassion. When you combine love and deep compassion you will feel love all around you.

Alchemy is needed here on the planet more than ever. There are many people around you that are feeling the lack of love. The more you love from the inside out then others will begin to take the journey.

Will you be an alchemist more today? Start with loving one thing about yourself today! You can have anything in your life so long as there’s love.

When it comes to making the best decision about which lawyer to hire for their divorce, many people rely on getting a referral from a friend of relative. Although this is a common way to choose a lawyer, it can lead to a mismatch in expectations between how the client thinks that their case will proceed and the way that the lawyer usually handles their divorce cases.

In order to be sure to find the lawyer that is the best fit for you, it is essential to take some extra time in the very beginning and meet with several lawyers, allowing some time to carefully evaluate them, so that you can decide which one will be right for your specific case.

As a Divorce Coach, I often hear clients expressing frustrations about their lawyers and often clients will get so aggravated that they decide to replace their counsel in the middle of their case, leading to their legal proceedings taking longer and costing them more as the new attorney requires a retainer upfront and needs additional time to examine the case history in order to get up to speed.

When interviewing divorce lawyers, here are 5 Valuable Questions to ask that can help you to determine which particular lawyer will be the best match for you.

Is Family Law your Specialty Area? If not, what percentage of your cases is in Family Law?

If you expect that your case may become a battleground over custody or spousal support issues, it is wise to make sure that the lawyer you choose has extensive experience with the local courts in handling these types of emotionally charged contested issues. Since many Family Law Attorneys spend so much of their time in court, they often have the advantage of having lengthy established relationships with other divorce attorneys and experts that you may contend with, as well as a great deal of familiarity with the judges, court rules and procedures that can impact the results you get in your case.

2. What have your experiences been like in dealing with the lawyer that my spouse has hired?

When asking this question, pay close attention to the lawyer’s body language and their first reaction when telling them the name of your spouse’s lawyer. Since 95% of divorce cases are settled before trial, how well they have negotiated and communicated with your spouse’s lawyer in previous cases is very valuable to know before you decide whether to hire them.

3. Does this attorney favor a Collaborative Divorce Team Approach or Traditional Litigation?

Collaborative Family Attorneys often provide a team of attorneys, financial experts and Divorce Coaches who work with the spouses to negotiate a Settlement, while having the spouses both agree not to pursue their case through the court system. If a settlement is not reached using this Collaborative approach, the parties must then start over with each hiring their own litigation attorneys. Advantages to using a Collaborative Team included faster times of settlement due to not having to schedule court appearances, and a more creative focus on negotiating sticking points, rather than filing legal motions or waiting for the judge decide. On the other hand, spouses who have a significant power imbalance between them or in situations when one spouse is convinced that the other won’t be cooperative and transparent about disclosing all requested documents, litigation may be needed so that the attorneys can subpoena all requested documents during the discovery process.

4. How accessible is this lawyer? How long is their usual response time to phone calls or emails? Be sure to ask if they will respond themselves to emails or phone calls or whether their staff is in charge of responding to them and how long that usual response time is. It’s also very important to ask any attorney you are evaluating if they will allow you access to their cell phone number for times when you have urgent questions or emergencies. Since divorce cases often take from one to two years to resolve and involve many stressful issues, accessibility to your lawyer in times of urgent need is critical!

5. Ask the lawyer to share some examples of how they negotiated an issue in their other cases that is similar to one of your most significant issues. Since the vast majority of divorce cases are resolved through negotiation, paying close attention to each lawyer’s negotiating style is very valuable when determining which lawyer to hire. How does their personality affect their negotiating style? How effectively and timely did they resolve the issue in the example they chose to share with you?

Maximizing The ROI For Web Based Businesses With A Robust ROI Optimization Program

You got an awesome Internet business idea, you’re full of excitement, managed to raise the funds, outsourced the development at a fair price, got the product ready, launched it … no business… now what?

“We often have clients so excited about their niche Internet business ideas, but their excitement turns into worry as soon as they figure out their so exciting business idea has not been generating enough revenues” says Deepak Chauhan, CEO, VOCSO TECHNOLOGIES P LTD. “Indeed, this is a serious concern amongst today’s entrepreneurs.”

Having a web presence for your business idea is not enough, not anymore. The website needs to cater to the need of the target audience. The following applies in almost all circumstances:

1) A well designed website which is clean and fast loading.

2) Keep in mind the search engines while designing

3) Optimized for Clicks, special emphasis on Call To Action buttons capable enough to make the users want to click

4) Developed on a platform/technology that has scope for easy, future expansion

5) Automates the most common tasks such as sending email on various activities to users

Once the website design and development is complete, is on production server, pointed with a great domain name… now what?

We need to spread the word, let the future customers know, we’ve got what they need. You built a great website that offers a product/service, now is the time you take it to the customers. Building a great product/service is no good, if nobody knows about it. You need to come up with a well defined marketing strategy that carefully analyses the target audience, the competition and the right method of execution. Organic Search Engine Optimization, Sales Lead Generation using cold calling, Email Marketing & Social Media are the effective methods.
