Create: Space
You are not the body. Nor are you the thoughts that you are fat, in
shape, out of shape, strong, soft, gorgeous or any opposite of any of
these that shows up for you on any given day. In fact, you are not even
the hormones that are causing these thoughts to come through you!
Relieved? What if you knew that every ounce of energy in you is seeking
expression?
Are you in need of a detox? Are you driven mad by a committee in
your head reminding you what’s wrong with the body, ordering you to the
gym, to the refrigerator, making the decisions that lead you to feel
better, feel worse, sometimes know how to feed and bathe yourself and
other times unable to get out of bed. When you stay in bed, you are
delaying the expansion of your soul. And you may be saying, who cares
anyhow, I am sleepy? That is the perfect answer to how to start this
process.
Start where you are in the body. Every habit you have created, every
area that you criticize, that you show off, that you keep clean to
share with others, or hidden hoping nobody shows up to get close enough
to touch, are all welcome here. The pain in your neck, the ache in your
shoulders, the tension in your thighs, and the cracks in your ankles
and hips. The energy in your abdomen, the hair growing on your head and
on parts of you that you love or otherwise try to cover up, are all
welcome here. The skin that protects you from taking it all in at once,
and the tears in the skin that remind you that you are still here
living and what a journey it’s been, are invited on this journey.
The detoxification process starts in the body because the body is
the Soul’s physical expression and is impacted by the experience of
being Human. By cleaning out the house, you will be able to get clear
about your Soul’s mission. Toxins cause cloudiness, depression,
limiting thoughts, feelings or actions to rule your life attracting
more of what you don’t want and keeping you from evolving on a Soul
level.
