Perfect for a quick snack or as a delicious appetizer for parties!

8celery stalks, with leaves; wash & pat dry

1-16ozcottage cheese; non-fat

1-3ozBlue cheese; crumbled

??? tspblack pepper

Remove leaves from celery stalks and set aside.Refrigerate until ready to eat.Place leaves in a food processor.Add cottage cheese, blue cheese and pepper; process 1 minute or until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once if needed.Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Cut each celery stalk into 9 slender sticks and serve with blue cheese dip.To serve as an appetizer, divide blue cheese dip into 8 clear tall glasses.Place 9 celery sticks into each glass and serve.

Serves 8(Helpful tip:if you don’t have a food processor, try using a blender or even a hand-mixer to make the blue cheese dip.)
