For over 35 years, through her award winning talents as a vocalist and actress, Ms. Reddy brought a message of strength and invincibility to millions of people worldwide.

Internationally known for her dynamic anthem, “I Am Woman” Helen became a catalyst for feminine empowerment. With her musical success Helen had more than a dozen top 40 hit songs, and was also the first Australian to win a Grammy. With outstanding triumphs in music, movies and the theatrical stage, Helen Reddy now takes on a role that is her most passionate, powerful and creative yet, that of spiritual teacher.

In 2005 Helen wrote her memoir, The Woman I am, revealing the ups and downs of show-business but most importantly revealing how spiritual strength kept her going and the remarkable discovery of her own divine purpose.

Retired from her musical career, and now a clinical hypnotherapist in Sydney, Australia, Helen has followed her calling as a spiritual teacher with the same message of strength, now directed to personal growth and higher consciousness.
