1. Wear black
It is
well-known that black has a slimming effect. With the summer coming up,
how can we make use of the slimming effects of black? Most women are
concerned about their thighs and behinds. If this is your concern too,
wear a black skirt with a colorful shirt and some nice accessories. It’s classy and yet appropriate for the summer. Or if the size of your
upper body concerns you, wear a black shirt with a colorful

2. Don’t wear clothes that are too tight or too loose
Too
tight clothes make you look over-sized and vulgar even if you happen
naturally to be a size 4. Plus-size women know this, but they
often think that they will look better in clothes that are too
loose. That is not true. Loose clothes can make
you look one or two sizes bigger than you are. Ironically, that’s why
young women trying to hide their eating disorder often wear excessively
baggy clothes.
3. Cut the labels out of your clothes
Why constantly be
reminded that your shirt is a size 16? After your have purchased the
item, the size labels don’t serve any purpose other than that of making
you grumpy. Cut out the labels when you buy new clothes.
4. Work on your personality
The way your body looks
should not dictate who you are.
