Meditation for Inner Strength

images-8Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Feel your body making
contact with the floor or the chair. Feel the support coming up from
the earth and fully allow your body to let go. Take a few moments to
deepen the breath, inviting the breath to move into every cell of your
body. Breathe in Infinite Love and Gratitude and breathe out judgement,
resistance and negative energy. Stay with the breath as long as you
need to ground yourself into the moment. You will know you are ready
when the mind quiets down and you feel the energy flowing effortlessly
through the body.

Take yourself to a safe place in your mind. Go deep. You may want to
focus your inner vision on your third eye, the space in between your
eyebrows and keep it there for the duration of the meditation. Create
the safe place from a memory of somewhere you have been
