Almost 7 years ago, I had a life-changing eventbreast
cancer. As part of my treatment, I went to see an alternative cancer specialist
at a 3-day Cancer Symposium in Ft.
Worth, Texas. I saw
the specialist, met another woman with newly diagnosed breast cancer, and attended
several of the workshops. On the morning of the second day, my new friend and I
ended up in a lecture. We both thought we were attending one presentation and accidentally ended up in another. We were seated in the middle of a large auditorium in the third row. To get up and leave in the middle of the presentation seemed rude, so we stayed. This serendipitious event changed our lives. Talk about divine intervention! The presenter, at the request of someone in the audience, started talking about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which I’d never heard of and thought was WEIRD. It’s this funny tapping technique. Well, I got over the
strange feelingwhen I immediately started getting positive results from tapping that takes only 1 to 2 minutes to do. How could I be getting such emotional relief from something so simple? I was clueless.
The longer we tapped, the more relaxed I became. When I got
back home I started researching this technique. This is not psychotherapy. It is as powerful as psychotherapy can be given the right setting and with the right therapist/client match. I have introduced EFT to hundreds of people in numerous settings. Emotional Freedom Technique gets the quickest, most profound results of anything I’ve experienced in my extensive professional training and as a life-long student of self-improvement. > Read tutorial – consider doing the Personal Peace Procedure this is well worth the time and effort it will take. The emotional baggagethat is cleaned up by this process is simply amazing.

practice, practice and don’t expect yourself to do it well you are
just starting and you will get results regardless of your wording

are interested in. Otherwise, you will be overwhelmed due to the massive amount
of info – the master’s level articles are usually very good – especially look
for articles by Carol Look, Pat Carrington, David Lake, and Steve Wells.
