Forget Monday, Start Feeling Outrageously Healthy Today

How many times have you started on Monday? You know what I mean – Monday is the day you’re starting that diet, exercise program, giving up smoking or stop biting your nails.

Have you started on Monday more than once? Yes of course you have, and so have I. But why did we need to start more than once? Why wasn’t the first time the solution that got us to our goal?

I have an idea why all these Monday starts haven’t gotten us to where we want to be. We have been using willpower to overcome whatever we see as an issue – we will just stop eating our favourite food, or just stop smoking. We will just decide to do it and that’s it! The thing about willpower is that it’s only one tool we have at our disposal and it’s a tool of your conscious mind.
